The Lava Dust blend was inspired by a need for a high quality seasoning on premium steaks, ribs, chicken, and vegetables. When the old fashioned salt & pepper no longer did the trick, we set out to find the perfect flavor pairing to enhance each dish without overpowering the beautiful flavor.
